Dashboard Overview

  • KPIs - Products, Customers, Overdue Leases, Ending Soon
  • Charts - Inventory status, top categories, recent activity
  • Inventory Overview - Quick view of all items with status
  • Low Stock - Items needing attention (On Hand < 3)
  • Recent Movements - Latest inventory changes

Managing Inventory

Go to Admin section to manage inventory:

  • Products - Add/edit/delete products (SKU, name, category)
  • Inventory Totals - Set Total Owned for each SKU
  • Add Lease - Track items out to customers
  • Delivery/Return/Transfer - Log movements with ticket refs

Lease Lifecycle

  1. Create a Lease (Admin → Add Lease) - enter customer, site, qty, dates
  2. This moves items from On Hand to Out
  3. Items show as "All Out" in Inventory Overview
  4. When returned, delete the lease - qty returns to On Hand
  5. Overdue and ending soon leases appear in KPIs

Editing & Adjustments

  • Click 📝 to add/edit notes on products
  • Click Total numbers in Admin to adjust owned count
  • Click Out numbers to see who's leasing each item
  • Use Adjust Total only for damage/loss/audit corrections

Users & Roles

  • Viewer - Read-only access to all views
  • Admin - Manage inventory, products, leases, movements
  • Owner - Admin + manage users and role assignments

Inventory Fields

  • Total = Total owned (master count)
  • On Hand = Currently in yard
  • Out = Out on lease/delivery

Formula: Total = On Hand + Out

Low Stock

Items are flagged as Low Stock when:

  • On Hand drops below 3 units
  • Shows in Dashboard under "Low Stock"
  • Status badge shows "Low" in Inventory Overview
  • All items out on lease show "All Out" status

CSV Exports

  • Products - SKU, name, category, unit
  • Inventory - SKU, name, category, notes, total, on hand, out
  • Movements - Timestamp, SKU, reason, user, qty

Available from each view's Export button

Ticket Workflow

Use references like TKT1007 or DEL-2026-02-21-01.

  • Delivery: YARD → JOBSITE
  • Return: JOBSITE → YARD
  • Transfer: YARD ↔ TRAILER ↔ JOBSITE
